15 States to Sue EPA Over Right to Cap CO2 Emissions

U.S. (TGW) - Fifteen states said on Wednesday they filed a lawsuit against the federal Environmental Protection Agency in a bid to tighten regulations of greenhouse gas emissions from cars.
