Man Improves 15 Year Old Car to Get 95 MPG

Earth (TGW) - Mike Turner’s made some pretty radical improvements to his 1992 Civic CX.

After spending 2 years, approxamitely 250 hours of labor, and about $400, he has taken the car from 50 mpg to 95 mpg.
