Tip of the Day #26

Tip of the Day:
If you have one, turn the fan on during the shower. The energy loss is less than the energy saved.

That is a really good tip because people do not realize the amount of mold that can build it up in our bathrooms. Alot of people have issues relating to mold. Fans take the moisture out of your bathroom.

I actually have fans that have sensors on them so that they sense the moisture. (Broan) They automatically turn on and off.

I noticed the fan stays on alot longer after the shower is done! Don't just turn it off when you are done showering! Consider wiping down your shower as well. Less time trying to clean those nasty water spots. Anna www.green-talk.com
